This fabulous all SEATED, NO IMPACT, knee-friendly routine is a perfect full body athletic workout for anybody nursing a lower body injury, with limited mobility, weight to lose or simply looking for a new, FUN challenge!  Warm Up: INCLUDED  WORKOUT SETUP: CARDIO intervals are 30 seconds, 40 seconds and 50 seconds (it gets tougher each round!)
